This allows us to refine our designs and progressively minimize project risk because the builders responsible for implementing the project are gaining project knowledge and providing thought leadership throughout.

Unlike traditional project delivery, where 100% of the design is finalized before the bidding and construction phase, the Millig Design Build team executes projects in concurrent efforts following Integrated Project Delivery best practices.

Our construction and commissioning teams’ influence over the design phase allows for synergies that result in more cost- and energy-efficient engineering and greater efficiency in delivery.

This early and iterative feedback also ensures we can include more of what brings you value (without over-engineering) because we’re solidifying all details and costs early.
