Millig’s family-friendly culture includes paid parental leave that is far beyond national averages:
Paid Primary Parental Leave: 14 weeks (all at once, or flexible within the first year)
Paid Secondary Parental Leave: 4 weeks (all at once, or flexible within the first year)
Time can also be used for adoption or foster care placement.

At Millig, we strive to improve the communities in which we live and work. We want to practice what we preach and encourage employees to volunteer in their communities.
Eight hours a month is available for employees to volunteer at the nonprofit or organization of their choice.

Financial Wellbeing

Millig has a robust 401k plan, of which all employees are immediately vested.
We also match your dollars:
• For every $1 you contribute to your 401(k) account, Millig will also contribute $1, up to 3% of eligible pay.
• We will then match 50% of your contributions for the next 2% of eligible pay.

Bonus Pool: Significant bonuses are distributed to employees based on their individual impact on Millig and the success of our projects. (Excludes business development/ sales staff.)
Profit-Sharing: Profit-sharing payments, calculated as a percentage of Millig’s annual profit, are distributed evenly across all employees each year.

Millig provides a discretionary annual professional development budget of $1,000, with no need for manager approval.
With supervisor approval, additional funds are available, and their use is encouraged.

Option 1: $80 per month for work use of a personal cell phone.
Option 2: Millig will purchase you a work phone for work use.

Option 1: Employees who travel more than 20,000 miles annually for work are eligible for a company vehicle.
Option 2: Employees can opt instead for a monthly vehicle allowance of $450-500
