Our story begins like so many. We saw an opportunity to improve something, and we inspired others to join us.
Millig Design Build was founded with a mission: To energize a new generation of healthy buildings that empower the people who inhabit them to be their best selves and do their best work.
When we launched in 2021, we wanted to bring about a paradigm shift in how construction projects were delivered. Specifically, we wanted to break down the silos that plagued our industry and deliver projects with greater skill, collaboration, efficiency, and care.
To achieve our goal, we hired some of the best and brightest minds in engineering, construction, and commissioning, and we built an integrated process where our in-house team works closely with major trades and building owners earlier in the process to progressively minimize costs and risk and increase delivered value and performance.
To date, we’ve been engaged to improve more than eight million square feet of public and private facilities across the United States and Canada.
